1、 Details Introduction
Acrylic (polymethyl methacrylate) is a type of organic glass that has undergone special processing techniques. It is known as the 'Plastic Queen'.
advantage
1. Has good transparency, with a transparency rate of over 90%;
2. It has excellent weather resistance and strong adaptability to the natural environment. Even if it is exposed to sunlight, wind and rain for a long time, its performance will not change, and its anti-aging performance is good;
3. Good processing performance, suitable for both mechanical processing and easy thermoforming;
4. Acrylic sheets can be dyed, and the surface can be painted, silk screened, or vacuum coated. Non toxic, even in long-term contact with humans, it is harmless, and the gas produced during combustion does not produce toxic gases.
5. Has good weather resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance.
6. Thick plates can still maintain high transparency.
Full Glass Era has fully intelligent automated production lines and multiple processing equipment, which can be customized according to the owner to process different shapes of sheets to meet project needs.
Acrylic is a plastic polymer material. When selecting materials, it is necessary to choose acrylic sheets that are brand new and have relevant performance parameters that meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 7134-2008. Otherwise, some performance and weather resistance cannot be guaranteed. Under normal usage conditions, the fading is not significant within three years (except for specially designated indoor color boards). The performance parameters of the new acrylic material are shown in the following table:
